The firms we know best
We work with professional services firms generally. These five are the ones we know well enough to write a page about, listed in the order we know them. The work underneath is similar in each, but the problems aren't, so each page is written about that business rather than about automation in general.
Real estate
Two different businesses share this page, because the problem isn't the same one. An agent loses deals to response time. A property manager loses evenings to maintenance requests and lease renewals.
What we build for real estateInsurance
Your book renews whether or not anyone reminds it to, and quotes go cold in days. Most agencies lose more business to follow-up that didn't happen than to price.
What we build for insuranceAccounting
The deadlines don't move, the documents arrive late, and January to April is four times the work with the same number of people. A surprising amount of what makes that worse is mechanical.
What we build for accountingLegal
A matter can't move until somebody signs, sends, or remembers something. Most of what sits between a consultation and a filed document is administrative, and none of it is billable.
What we build for legalFinancial services
The advice is the work. Everything around it, the onboarding paperwork, the transfers, the review cadence, the compliance record, is machinery, and it runs on somebody remembering.
What we build for financial servicesOther professional services
Lending, recruiting, consulting. Inquiries arriving, documents being chased, work handed from one person to the next. We've built that before.
Ask about your business
Why these five
They're all owner-operated firms run by someone who's expert at their actual job and has no interest in becoming a technologist. They all lose money in the same two places, which are inquiries that go unanswered too long and administrative work that only happens because a person remembered to do it.
Real estate leads because that's where the live client work is, not because it's the biggest slice of the portfolio. Legal and financial services sit last because we haven't published a case study in either yet, and those pages say so rather than implying otherwise. If your firm isn't one of the five, it probably still chases documents and hands work between people, which is the part we build.
