The Challenge
Mobile repair is a hard sell against a shop with a storefront. Riders searching for ATV, UTV, or dirt bike repair had no reason to trust a business with no address, and no obvious way to understand how a mobile visit even works. The business also covers a wide spread of Utah County towns, which is a lot of search intent to capture from a single homepage.
The Approach
We structured the site so every service and every service area has a page of its own, giving each machine type and town something to rank for. A scheduling call to action follows you down the page, and a five step process section answers the question that was killing conversions: what actually happens when you book. Testimonials, a build gallery, and an FAQ section fill in the trust that a storefront would normally provide.
The Outcome
Riders can now land on a page that matches exactly what they searched, whether that's a machine, a repair type, or their town, and book from it directly. The process and gallery sections give a mobile only operation the credibility it was missing.
