The Challenge
Juneau is a small market, so there's no traffic to waste. The searches that matter are few and specific, and the customers mostly want to call someone and be done with it. A generic brochure site would've missed both the search and the phone call.
The Approach
We built a local search structure with service pages and service area pages so the small set of relevant queries all have somewhere to land. The phone number sits in the header and repeats as a primary button, with a quote request form as the alternative for people who would rather not call. A work gallery and customer reviews handle the credibility question for a service people are mildly embarrassed to hire.
The Outcome
The site captures both kinds of visitor, the one who wants to call right now and the one who wants to read first, and it gives a small operator a presence that reads as established rather than improvised.
