The Challenge
Most property management sites are built for tenants looking for a unit, which is the wrong audience when the customer you want is the person who owns the building. A large share of Williston rental owners live out of state, so the site had to close a trust gap without a handshake, and had to reach people searching from anywhere in the country.
The Approach
We rebuilt the entire site around the owner's return rather than tenant listings. Every section answers an investor question: what you do for me, why investors pick you, what results look like. Service and area pages cover western North Dakota for search, and a rental assessment offer gives owners one clear low commitment first step instead of a generic contact form.
The Outcome
The site now reads as a pitch to an investor rather than a listings page, with a single obvious action for an owner who's evaluating managers. Area coverage gives it reach beyond Williston itself.
