Automation first, and the build work that supports it

Workflow automation is the job. Most firms start there, with the admin work that costs them the most, and add the rest only where there's a real gap: a site that captures inquiries properly, systems that need joining up, or something built because nothing on the market fits.

Workflow automations

Get the busywork back

Taking the mechanical steps out of the processes that repeat. Not the judgement, which is yours, just the parts that happen the same way every time.

What it fixes

  • Missed calls that quietly become lost work
  • Onboarding a client taking six emails and two phone calls
  • Documents you've to ask for three times
  • Renewals and deadlines tracked only in somebody's head

What you get

  • Missed-call text-backs and after-hours lead capture
  • Intake and onboarding sequences that run themselves
  • Appointment reminders, document requests, and follow-up chasing
  • Renewal and deadline notices that fire without being remembered
  • A view of what each process did, so it's not a black box

Integrations

Connect your tools

Connecting the tools you already pay for so information moves between them without a person carrying it across. Usually this is work nobody has turned on rather than software anybody needs to buy.

What it fixes

  • The same client details typed into three systems
  • A calendar and a CRM that disagree about what's happening
  • Information that only moves when somebody remembers to move it

What you get

  • Your CRM, calendar, phone, forms, email, and accounting software connected
  • A written record of what connects to what, and in which direction
  • Sensible behavior when something fails, so a dropped record gets noticed

Websites and landing pages

See how it works

A site built around one job: turning someone who just found you into someone you're talking to. It should load fast, say what you do, and make the next step obvious.

What it fixes

  • Inquiries that arrive by email and sit there over a weekend
  • A site that describes the practice but never asks for anything
  • No way to tell which pages bring in work and which do nothing

What you get

  • The site itself, written and built, and yours
  • Forms wired into your CRM rather than into an inbox
  • The reply that goes out automatically when someone inquires
  • Conversion tracking, so you can see what actually produced work

When the tools on the market would make you change how your practice works, the better answer is usually to build something that fits it. This is more accessible than it used to be, and it isn't the right answer every time. We'll tell you when it isn't.

What it fixes

  • Off-the-shelf software that does eighty percent and blocks the rest
  • A process that works well and that no product seems to support
  • Paying for several tools to approximate one thing you actually need

What you get

  • Software built for your process rather than adapted to someone else's
  • Ownership of what we build, source code included
  • Something you can hand to another developer without a fight

Search engine optimization

Add-on

Add SEO

Getting found when someone searches for what you do. Offered as an add-on to the work above rather than as a service on its own, because a site that ranks and then drops the inquiry hasn't helped anybody.

What it fixes

  • A site that reads well and that nobody arrives at
  • Competitors appearing above you for the work you want

What you get

  • The technical groundwork, page structure, and content work behind ranking
  • Local visibility for the areas you actually serve

We aren't selling you a platform

Plenty of the work we do runs on tools you already pay for and nobody ever switched on. When that's true we'll tell you, wire it up, and charge you for the wiring rather than for a rebuild. When the tools genuinely don't fit how you work, we build something that does. Neither answer is our default, and you'll hear which one you're getting and why before anything starts.

Tell us which part of the week you want back

A short call, no pitch deck. Describe how work reaches you today and we'll tell you what's worth automating, what isn't, and roughly what it takes.
